This post represents a lot of firsts. My first blog post, my first client(s), and my first time taking my photography seriously. I’ve decided to branch out beyond photos of my dog (even though he’s still one of my favorite models). I’ve always been interested in photography- starting from high school where my work was featured in a gallery and I was participating in local competitions. Photography has always been just a personal hobby of mine but recently I decided to take it further.
These past few months I’ve had actual clients contact me and ask to take their photographs. It has definitely been a learning experience but an amazing one! I still get nervous when I hand over the final edited images (hoping they will be up to par with what they expected) but that’s the best part of all of this!- When your clients fall in love with the photographs you’ve taken of them.
I am still experimenting/learning with what types of photography I will be doing, but for now nothing is off limits!
And of course … none of this would have been possible without my family being dragged into being my assistants haha. Thank you for helping bring my crazy visions to life. My mom for being my assistant/decorator, to my dad for helping me build crazy props, to my Aunt Brianna for baking me an amazing smash cake, and to my brother and his girlfriend for always being my test dummies!
I’ve been so lucky to have had multiple clients these past few months- who have all be awesome! So this post is to show off some of the work I have been doing with new faces and some familiar ones too. Scroll down to enjoy some of my favorite shots taken in my shoots and feel free to message me with any ideas you may have for an upcoming session!
